Introduction
Unit 1 of 10 · Module 14: Orchestrate a multi-agent solution using the Microsoft Agent Framework

One driver can't change four tyres
In a motor race, a car pulls into the pit, and a crew of specialists gets to work at once. Nobody expects the driver to change the tyres, refuel, and read the telemetry alone. Some AI jobs are the same: too big for one agent. So you split them across several specialist agents that work together on the same conversation. Picture a team that keeps a web app healthy. A monitoring agent watches logs and metrics and raises an alert when something looks wrong. A root cause agent links that problem to recent changes, to find out what broke. A deployment agent rolls out a fix, or rolls back the bad change, through your release pipeline. And a reporting agent writes up what happened, why, and how it was fixed, and tells the people who need to know.
What you'll learn
A team like that needs less manual work, moves faster, and keeps everyone informed. In this module, you'll use Microsoft Agent Framework to build agents that work as a team. You'll learn five ways to coordinate them: concurrent, sequential, group chat, handoff, and Magentic, and when each one fits. Then you'll build a small multi-agent solution of your own.
